Nope, bei mir funktioniert es einwandfrei.
Hm, das ist ja komisch. Hab mich schon in der App abgemeldet, und wieder angemeldet. Hat auch nichts geändert. Komisch eben auch, dass es bei der HelloSmart App auch so ist. Vielleicht mal im Auto abmelden?
Edit: Ab und neu Anmelden im Auto hat zwar funktioniert, ab leider auch keine Änderung gebracht. Mir werden noch immer die Daten von gestern angezeigt, und auch der Aktualisierungsversuch ändert nichts daran.
Hat heute noch jemand Probleme mit der App? Sie aktualisiert sich bei mir nicht mehr (letztes Mal gestern Nachmittag). Im Auto bin ich angemeldet.
Auch in der HelloSmart App das selbe. Spricht daher viel für ein allgemeines Problem mit den Servern bei Smart. Wunderte mich nur, dass hier noch keiner geschrieben hat

I didn’t even know we could do that for just the 4G reset. After that the app updated again
I find it keeps happening when they prepare for a new update. As if they update one server at a time and we are not all impacted at the same time

Hallo, kann mir jemand erklären, wie das mit dem digitalen Schlüssel funktioniert? Ich habe in der original Smart App einen digitalen Schlüssel drin, dieser wird aber von der Hello# App nicht erkannt. Was muss ich tun?
